Someone died today. I'm sure it's sad, I'm sure that most people react sadly, I looked at it as part of my job. Let's do what needs to be done. She's gone there's no getting her back. Yes she smiled and was wonderful but she's not anymore. Get through this people. Death happens and so does heart break and disaster, take your second to compose yourself and get back to work. I'm not cold, I'm just Ok with the end, it happens to everyone. Focus on what you can do, what you can change, don't dwell on the negative it can't change its gone, that was yesterday, or moments ago, or years ago. There's no changing the past, just living a better future.

Panic grasps at every part of me
I can't think straight

Can't.
Panic attack.
Damn it.
Mind stops racing,
Heart rate slowed
Peace has been restored
Order.
Back up again,
Relief within
Pick myself up off the floor.
I can't take this anymore.
